Four things we mean
Say what is true, including the limits
We do not claim Clause replaces a lawyer, because it does not. Being honest about the edges is what makes the middle believable, and it is also just how we would want to be spoken to.
Measure the model, do not trust it
Every prompt change is run against contracts with known answers before it ships. A quote we cannot find in the customer's own document never reaches the screen. Confidence without verification is the failure mode of this whole category.
Small team, real ownership
Eleven people. You own an area, not a ticket queue, and you will talk to customers in your first fortnight. Equity is real and we explain the numbers rather than waving at them.
