Our primary model provider was answering slowly between 14:10 and 14:52 UTC. Reviews completed but took up to ninety seconds. Routing failed over to the secondary model at 14:31 and latency returned to normal. No reviews were lost.

Resolved
A change to the extraction step returned a generic error instead of the message explaining that a file contains no selectable text. Affected uploads for about three hours. The message is now specific again and there is a test for it.
