Renewal reminders, and the date that actually matters

  • Business and Team plans now watch the notice window, not the end date. Clause works out the deadline from the renewal clause and emails you sixty and fifteen days before it.
  • Reviews now carry the two dates in the summary strip, so the deadline is visible without opening the clause.
  • Fixed a case where a renewal clause written in words rather than digits, twenty-four rather than 24, was read as a twelve month term.

Longer contracts, in one pass

  • Agreements up to roughly 48,000 characters, about ninety pages, are now reviewed in a single pass. Clause splits on paragraph boundaries so a clause is never cut in half, and merges the results against the whole document.
  • Long or self-contradicting agreements now escalate to a frontier model automatically. The routing table on How the AI works is generated from the code and shows the escalation rule.
  • Quotes that cannot be located in your own text are dropped rather than displayed. If any were dropped, the review says how many.

Redlines you can paste into an email

  • Every flagged clause now comes with the replacement language to ask for, written to be pasted into a reply rather than to be admired.
  • Added the copy button, which is the most used control in the product by a distance.
  • Standard comparison now names the norm with a number in it, for example thirty to sixty days, rather than saying the clause is unusual.
